Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the “Kleinfeldliga Lavanttal” app and related services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

The app provides football league functionality, including league tables, match schedules/results and team roster management. The app is currently offered free of charge.

3. Push notifications

The app offers optional push notifications (e.g., league news, match updates, content from teams you choose to follow). Push notifications are an opt-in service that requires your explicit consent via the operating system's notification permission. You can disable them at any time in your device settings or by changing your team-follow preferences inside the app. We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver notifications and do not guarantee delivery, timeliness or availability, as this depends on third-party infrastructure and your device/network conditions. Details on the related data processing are set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Accounts and access

• An account (email + password) may be required for certain features.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Roles and responsibilities

Certain features may be restricted to team managers/administrators (e.g., roster or match data management). Team managers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they enter within the app.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the app in a manner that violates applicable law;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or systems;
• circumvent or interfere with security measures;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code except where permitted by mandatory law;
• abuse the service (e.g., automated scraping, excessive requests, disruption of service).

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if there is reasonable suspicion of misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms. You may request deletion of your account via email at support@a-double-p.com.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The app may be updated, changed, or discontinued at any time (e.g., maintenance, new versions, feature changes).

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not assume liability for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit, or data loss. You are responsible for reasonable backups to the extent this is within your control.

10. Intellectual property

The app and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the app only as intended and may not reproduce or distribute app content outside the app except where legally permitted.

11. Updates to these Terms

We may update these Terms if necessary (e.g., legal changes, new features). The latest version will be published on this page and/or in the app.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules, to the extent this is legally permissible. Mandatory consumer protection rules may still apply depending on your residence. For business users (entrepreneurs), the competent court at the provider's seat shall have jurisdiction.
